We hope you love your Fais pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Customers will be responsible for return shipping cost if applicable.

All orders placed with a discount above 15% off will be final sale. 

To be eligible, items must be:

• Shipped back within the 7-day return window

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition with all tags attached

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
